To expand upon Jim's correct but terse statement :-) the "Color Device"
emulator item that exists on the current Pose menu, which matches the
"Color.rom" given out, happens to be an emulation of a hypothetical device
using an EZ processor. Thus the return value is an accurate description of
what is being emulated.

Whether the first or some future or all physical devices having color
screens would happen to have an EZ, or VZ, or traditional Dragonball, or
some other processor, is not something that could be determined by what
"Color Device" in pose is currently emulating.

Is that vague enough? Seriously, nobody ever said anything about whether
the first color device would or would not use the VZ processor. Perhaps
you linked the two (color and VZ) together by virtue of the fact that the
announcements were made close together in time. That link may or may not
exist.
