[OS 3.5] sysFtrNumProcessorID?

When I call FtrGet() with sysFtrNumProcessorID on POSE running the color 3.5
ROMS, the return value says that it's running on a DragonBall EZ, not
DragonBall VZ (or Unknown).  Will this be fixed in the release version?
