CodeWarrior's resources are based on MacOS resource formats. These are
documented in Apple manuals. There is, on the Mac, a MPW tool called DeRez,
which does just the opposite of Rez: converts a binary resource file to a
Rez script file.
Unfortunately, as far as I know, this is Mac/MPW only. There is a prefs
panel in CodeWarrior that has some DeRez options, but whether it actually
works or not (on either Mac or Windows) is a different story. Offhand, I
don't think it does.
