yes, i had to look long and hard to find something useful.
i eventually got them at Borders. though later Barnes and Noble said they
could have ordered them.
at that rate, any competent book seller can do that.
for further help the ISBN numbers are 0-672-31493-2 and 0-471-35401-5.
retail was $29.99 and $49.99 US.
at a minimum, the Bachmann book can stand alone as a single source.
Giguere is understandably geared toward databases after 4 of 10 chapters on
basics.
with either book it is acceptably difficult to translate most things to the
gcc environment.
still earning that myself.
