Size of application exceeds 90k

Hi ,
I have made an application whose size is around 90k (.prc size) using
codewarrior for palm III/V .
When I try to install the application on the POSE it gives the following
error.
"Could not install the Palm OS file "Filename.prc" because Palm OS error
0x0201 [dmErrMemError] occurred."


Note: When the size of appliaction was around 72K it was loading
successfully on the POSE.
Can  anybody suggest me what is the problem.
