This typically indicates you've overrun the 64K per segment limit. When this
happens, an invalid .prc will be built. The install process on the Palm OS
is set up to reject any invalid .prc. However, in some cases (such as the
one you saw) a .prc that overruns the 64K per segment limit will still work.
Nevertheless, you should resegment your project if that is the case.
