My apologies for not getting this out sooner, but I was on Thanksgiving
vacation and my ISP wasn't cooperating with sending mail...
Anyway, as Chris suggested, opening the images with Constructor, modifying a
pixel, and saving will fix the problem. The root of the problem is that
your images were probably originally created on a Macintosh. The Windows
version of Constructor does not generate direct bits. There should be code
to support direct bits in the future. We started the process of removing
the Altura porting library from the post linker and this is a side effect of
the change. We concentrated on getting the modes that could be generated
from the PC first.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but in the long run,
this will be to all our advantage.
