FYI, everyone, this is a new feature of Palm OS 3.5, and is yet to be added to the docs. (It got added after PalmSource, which is why we didn't mention it then.) In earlier versions of Palm OS, an app installed the first time will always go into "unfiled" except when doing this debugger installation thing. What's more, Constructor will let you type in the string in the main window of the app's resource file. (The one currently posted doesn't yet do it, but there'll be a newer rev posted in a week or two.) -David Fedor Palm Developer Support
