Right.  Developers who gratuitously create categories for themselves can be
publicly ridiculed right here on this list.  We will be careful to
recommend that people be reasonable, and only file their apps in the
default categories unless they have a strong reason otherwise.

At the same time, this is a very useful feature if used correctly.  We're
giving developers control, and hoping that they/you use it appropriately!

(Besides, you can always refile the app yourself if you don't like their
choice.  Do that right after you flame them.)
