That would be up to the author of HackMaster.

You could enable your hack, and then delete HackMaster. Your hack will 
still be active, but after you delete HackMaster you will have no way 
to disable it.

However, a soft reset would disable the hack, and since HackMaster is 
no longer installed on the device, you have no way of enabling your 
hack.

In summary, I don't think it is possible to guarantee that your 
HackMaster hack is always enabled.
