If you're talking about a HackMaster hack, keep in mind that the HackMaster control panel is there for any and all to use. If a user disables the hack, then it no longer has any effect, and your lockout of time change is broken. However, if you want to write such a hack, you may be interested in my free fully-functional sample hack. To modify it to patch TimSetSeconds() would be very easy.
