Well, I have one that serves as a nice complement to K&R, but I don't
know if it's still in print (I bought my copy circa 1984).
"The C Puzzle Book" by Alan R. Feuer
This book has little code snippets that you have to trace through by
hand and figure out what each function returns. It can be tricky to
learn all the hidden implications of C syntax, and having little
exercises like this is quite helpful.
Like many on this list, I learned C in the old days when we had to
write programs on the back of a shovel. Perhaps there's a more modern
approach out there, like something in the "Teach Yourself C in XXXX
Days" series.
