i dont know if this is true.. i am yet to test it. but what the API says
is that you get a bitmap reference to the window and then writing to it
directly in theory should update the form on the screen..
hence no call to WinDrawBitmap?
if someone wants, i can write a demo program?

IIIc has a 20Mhz EZ processor.. as in the Vx device.
