Definitely.  Processor speed is not necessarily a good indicator of the
overall system speed.  If I use a SPT1740 (Palm OS 3.2 @ 16MHz) and a SPT
2740(CE 2.1 @75MHz), its no contest. The Palm OS device will get the same
job done faster and not confuse the user (plus the Palm hardware is less
expensive, and the battery charge last longer, and doesn't need to be reset
twice a day).

Also, a Visor out of the box at 16MHz seems to run as fast as Vx at 20MHz
out of the box (but run nowaitz and the Vx becomes the fastest)
