The point being made is that the Palm Computing platform was designed from
scratch to allow you to carry a window onto your desktop with you in a very
small form factor and allow the information to be quickly and easily
accesable. WinCE devices on the other hand try to hamfist the concepts
behind an already bloated OS into a handheld device, thats why they need
faster CPUs. WinCE lacks both the elegance and style of PalmOS not to
mention the user base:)
