  i would tend to disagree with you there.. :)) take your standard 
  Casio 105 or other latest model CE device out there and put it along
  side a Palm V or Vx.

  now reset those machines. try search for a number, also look for
  an appointment you have scheduled. which one comes out with the answer
  you are looking for first?

  99% of the time, the Palm.

  since when does processor speed have to do with the device? now, if
  microsoft had decided to be like palm in their operating system 
  approach, CE would dominate the market if they maintained a NON
  windows look and feel.

  i am actually contracting for a company called CitiKey, based in
  sweden. i have started a palm port of their CE software. when you 
  run the two systems side by side, the palm finds the address you
  are looking for at about the same time the CE takes.

  so much for processor speed? but of course a 66Mhz PalmOS unit would
  be very hot property :P - and it would squash any hopes microsoft
  has :P
