Thanks for the Ctrl-K tip. Does your constructor edit bitmaps
(2, 4, 8 bits depth) correctly?

Ctrl-K creates a new bitmap family, then Ctrl-K inside family creates new
family member bitmap.  Look at one of the example projects like addressbook.

In fact, nothing except the B&W (1 bit depth) bitmap editing works.

I cannot figure out how to use a Bitmap family either. How could I
add bitmaps to it? Drag & drop didn't work. Only Width, Height and
a blank Family Items area was there.
