shared libraries and C++

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has tips/pointes/sample code to help me get
started on using shared libraries in C++. (Yes, I know there are
restrictions, but re-writing a C++ program to meet the constraints will be
easier than re-writing in plain "C")
