Do we have to keep revisiting this topic? It is beat to death every 8-10
months , and the answer is always the same. Keep the email forum. The email
forum is more "real-time" in that you don't have to keep polling a news
server to get timely responses. Email is more accepted in some large
corporations that have fire walls, etc. And if you have an email program
worth anything, it can filter, sort, store, categorize the forum email
messages so they are organized and searchable in some fashion... otherwise,
use egroups.

I second keeping it the way it is. Not everyone has news server access.
E-mail is the most common denominator here. Yes, you get
a lot of mail, but with the right e-mail program you can filter it and do
what you want with it.
