Please don't everyone call them. First of all, they wouldn't be able to
help you since they don't have anything to do with shipping boxes of
CodeWarrior. Second, overloading their voicemail is just plain unfriendly.
They are busy folks, doing far more important things than running a
mailroom.
A far better option is to look at the Japanese palm web site,
http://www.palm-japan.com/ for contact information and information.
There's an email address on the CodeWarrior page there, and I don't read
Japanese but even I found the link to order CodeWarrior, I think.

I have no idea why you can't order it internationally at the palm.com
website but I've sent mail asking.
