I'm not certain I understand what you mean by device ID, so I'll comment on the other
two: The radio ID is unique within (and dependent upon) the VII's network
infrastructure. The ROM serial number may or may not be unique and may not exist on
all devices, both in part or in whole.
If your app is VII-specific, use the Radio ID. Otherwise there is no globally-unique
identifier.
