Common.h no longer exists in sdk 3.5. If you insist on using it, I
would suggest you use sdk 3.1 instead. You can download
palmos-1-2-3.1-sdks-1.zip from the usual places. After you install
it, you must either use the switch -palmos3.1 during compile or change
the sdk soft link in \palmdev using ln. If you intend to stick with
sdk 3.5, then include PalmOS.h and PalmCompatibility.h instead.
