If someone wants to, (s)he can always go to http://www.cygnus.com/ and set up
Cygwin, the environment for running GNU/UNIX software under Weendoze. This is
what all those prc-tools-for-Weendoze packages do. True, I won't provide any
assistance with this, but this isn't my job. My job as a GNU software developer
is to develop software that adheres to the GNU coding standards. Making such
software run under Weendoze is the Cygwin developers' job.
