Reports from whom? Out of the box the Palm OS doesn't do anything special at midnight
that would cause any sort of slow-down. Can you tell us what devices, OS versions,
etc. exhibit this behavior? Perhaps there is a 3rd party application installed
triggering some sort of background activity at midnight via the alarm manager?
