i will include a !LICENSE.TXT file in the next release in the
next few days that will outline the reasons and the manner in
which the PilRC distribution shall be handled.
a confusion exists, and it is only due to the constant bagering
of Michael Sokolov and his "hoarding-comments" about GNU GPL
that he has expressed to Palm and myself.
the confusion will be clarified very soon.
