Pilot-link - available for linux but with a WinNT port has:
pi-getram: program that retrieves RAM from Pilot
Which on my Linux/Palm V does:
linux:/xfer/pilot-link-fixed # pi-getram /dev/pilot p.ram
Warning: Please back up your Pilot (with pilot-xfer) before using this program!
Please start HotSync (not getrom.prc) on your Pilot.

it can also do this for an image for Poser.
Problem is you can't BUY pilot-link easily because it is GPLed, so you
can download it for free.
