You would need an app that would use one of those undocumented calls
to disable the memory protection and write AA55 to every word or
something. The app would have to relocate itself to the dynamic heap
(after wiping it) and make sure no interrupt or other thing accessed
the ram. Then it would reset.
It's worse than that, but if you have lots of money (like the NSA)...
