I ran into some really wierd problems trying the 3.5.2 update on a
Japanese IIIc, and was eventually forced into a hard-reset.

I had display problems at first, and then I couldn't receive a
name-card. When I hit the reset switch, I got a green line at the
bottom of the "Welcome to Palm" screen, and couldn't get any further.
Couldn't cold-boot (up+reset) either, so I eventually gave up and
hard-reset.

The site doesn't say anything about the patch being "3.5.x-E only" but
I thought it would be a good idea to warn anybody else out there about
installing the update into a non-English Palm.
