Printing from a Palm

I am trying to print from a Palm to either a HP DeskJet 350CBi or a Canon
BJC-50.
I have tried Bachmann Print Manager and Palm Print and Teal Print but these
only allow me to print text.
I need to be able to print out a grid and some text.
Has anyone been able to print lines from a palm?
