I was responding to Bradley J Barton, who was not upset because he just purchased
10K units of outdated modem cases.  In fact, he didn't seem to be upset about the
possibility of his software breaking.  He seemed mostly concerned with looking
uninformed.  The only way I see for Palm to appease him would be to tell him
first, before anybody else.  I doubt that will happen.

I _completely_ understand the point of view of the hardware guys.  Note I may not
agree, but I do understand.
