And besides, developers are not at any disadvantage, if they all get the
information at the same time, even if it is after the release of a new
piece of hardware.
The ony one that is disadvantaged is Palm, so it is their decision to
make. Without new software for the new device, sales might suffer. So,
palm must weigh the need for security with available of new
software. Again, that is their decision to make.
I have no problem, as a developer, in not getting advance product
notice, so long as everyone gets it at the same time.
