I am using the debugger with a IIIc and POSE, and I've found the
connection EXTREMLEY buggy (usually I have an 80% failure rate), and
that didn't change with the latest update.
Here are things I do to attempt to connect to a debug device, in orders
of increasing desperation:
=> Disable all breakpoints, or if none are enabled, enable one. (This
works some of the time.)
=> Reset the device.
=> In POSE, load a fresh ROM
=> Completely rebuild my project
=> Close CodeWarrior and reopen it.
In general, I never expect to get too many successful connections before
i have to reload Codewarrior.
It's inconvenient, and on a larger project the rebuilds would REALLY be
a pain, but when I perservere like this I can usually get a debug
connection often enough to do some basic test runs.
Now, I'm not using a visor, but maybe some of this will help.
