FYI: There's nothing, technically speaking, keeping us from doing a web
archive. Just except the opportunity costs - doing it takes time (which
otherwise would be used on other things for developers), and given that
most people seem happy with the email and news options.
So until we find and hire someone who's got cycles available, I'm not
planning on investing time into the web interface. There are lots of
things we could use a purely developer-oriented sysadmin and website
wrangler for, so if you know of one (or are one)... drop me a note.
