Looking for resource flattening tool

I KNOW I've seen a tool, from metrowerks or palm, that will convert a mac 
file into a PC-suitable form (data file plus resource.frk folder with 
resource file). But I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know 
where it lives?

I can do it manually, of course, but for the future...
