Having just been through this...
Aladdin Extractor has an option to save the resource fork (you've got to
click on the 'more' options button to see the cross-platform stuff). With
this off you get the data fork, with it on you get the resource fork. A bit
of a pain, but it did the job.
However this didn't remove the MacBianry headers so it's a bit of a dead
loss for resource files.
I also found RK MacWin (http://www.rk.net ?) that is built to handle
MacBinary files and this correctly removed the headers to give me resource
files that CodeWarrior could make sense of BUT it was a real pain to work
out how to use.
Anyway, if you don't find a better two those were immediately downloadable
and useable and (after some hassle) did the job.
