Ed, that is a good idea. I'm not sure it will work in this case, however.
Remember: I am dealing with people who don't know or can't communicate their
HotSync name. How likely is it that these same people have properly set up
their HotSync to send email from their Palm, and how likely is it that I can
get them to perform another HotSync after I create the email?
