Hi, I am a CSSE student at Seattle University, and for our Senior project,
we have been asked by the Dreamsurfer network to develop/port a web based
chat program for children who have cystic fibrosis onto a palm OS based hand
held (probably a visor with a modem attachment, it looks like the palm VII
may be too proprietary for us.).
To be honest, none of us have any idea as of where to start, and have no
palm experience. I was hoping that someone could point us in the right
direction as to what dev. language to use. We are not looking for solutions
to our problem, we would just like to get a direction/opinions on what
languages might work for us.
We have spent a good chunk of time looking at the different languages like
J2ME, C++, etc, but are not sure what we should be looking for....
Any help would be greatly appreciated by this group of students.
