Upgrading a Palm V from 3.3 to 3.5

Hi,

Is it safe to upgrade a Palm V from OS 3.3 to 3.5. I have to make sure I do
it without screwing up as its our presidents Palm and if I screw it up I
wont look to clever. How do I do it ?
