Well, I've done it several times, and it worked with no problems. The upgrade tool is
posted on
PalmOS.com. I believe there's a "pay upgrade" and then there's the 3.3 Upgrade
utility, and you
can use the 3.5 ROM with it, but you need access to the ROM area of the Pavillion.
If it stalls halfway through the process, just pick it up, do a soft reset+scroll down
to put it back
in console again, put it back in the cradle, and try flashing it again. Worked for me.
