No. The UIResources.h file contains a bunch of resource id #defines,
but most of those are actually private and subject to change (i.e.
they could disappear in the future).

It would be great if you were guaranteed the availability of
everything in UIResources.h and SystemResources.h, but that's
currently not the case. Hopefully it will get cleaned up in the
future.
