use whatever editor you like (photoshop, paint shop pro et al) and
save it as a windows 256 color bitmap, then use the PilRC plugin
to link it into your project :)

i remember before constructor was updated to support color, people
were using PilRC to generate the .bin files and then linking them
to their apps..
