Did you add a family member to the App Icon Family that contains the icon
you expect to see?
Is the size of the App Icon Family AND the family member within it 32x32
(or, 15x9 for the list icon) ?
Is the ID of the App Icon Family 1000? (or 1001 for the list view icon?)
Does your application icon show up in the Launcher on Pose if you drag the
prc file to the Pose window instead of starting it in a debug session?
Do you have any other Icons in your resource file? There are three possible
types: Icon, Multibit Icon, and App Icon Family. You can't have icons,
multibit icons, and app icon families with the same IDs. If you aren't
going to create a color icon or a 2 or 4 bit gray icon, there is no need to
use an Icon Family -- just use an Icon.
