This has me confused. When I open Constructor, I have three possible icon
resource types ("Multibit Icons", "Icons", & "App Icon Families") -- there
is no "Application Icon" resource type. What version of Constructor are you
using? (You need version 1.5b7 or later to use icon families.) Have you
installed SDK 3.5, update 1, and the Metrowerks patch?
