You can only get there if you have an NDA in place, which I do, but
part of that and other text says I shouldn't say anything about things
on the other side of that virtual wall in public.  And this is a
public forum.

Now I am confused.  Am I supposed to discuss these ROMs here or not?
I've been trying to honor the NDA, and there are a lot of questions I
really, really, want to ask and discuss, but haven't bothered much
with 4.0 because I thought it was a violation of the NDA to ask here.

If this image isn't covered under the NDA, then why is it kept in an
area that requires an NDA for access?

And the ROM zip file itself contains appendix.txt which has the following:

This Appendix is an appendix to the Prototype License and Confidentiality 
Agreement (the "Agreement") and sets forth the Prototype(s) provided to 
you pursuant to the Agreement.

Someone from Palm please clarify.
