Thanks very much for the clarification questions - they're great ones, and
I'll have to admit I'm not sure of the absolutely precise answers when we
get into fine detail like this. I could make educated guesses but I'll
forward your note to our lawyers and get an official answer.
In the interim... if anyone finds an interesting bug in the dr3 rom images,
please do send mail to devsupp promptly and it'll end up in my lap most
likely :-)
