I would like to set the record straight.

I was not complaining.

It was, and is, a simple and honest question:  "What is the expected support
response time?"  And one to which I have still not yet gotten much of an
answer.  (A sample of 1 is not what I would call large).

So, all you developers out there who have submitted questions, what response
time(s) have you experienced?  Or Palm, what response time are you
(realistically) targeting?
