What percent of Palms are Palm OS 3.5 or better?

Of the thirteen million Palms sold, what percentage are currently running 
Palm OS 3.5 or better?

I am trying to assess when I realistically no longer have to support OS 3.0, 
3.1, and 3.2.  I am making the simplifying assumption that users don't 
upgrade their OS.
