The most major "missing" function in 2.0 that I've found TblSetFont .. but
that's easy to work around if you draw your own text using the custom table
item... I think the percentage of pre-3.0 devices has probably fallen below
10% now, so you probably are not eliminating a large audience by excluding
them. However, if you are shooting for a commercial product, I have gotten
email thanking me for supporting 2.0 devices... so there are some out there.
