You have to also purchase and install the Palm Mobile Internet Kit to
get INetLib functionality on your Palm Vx. Once you do that, INetLib
will use NetLib to setup the ISP connection, then forward its packets
through the Palm proxy server similar to how it would use the radio on
the Palm VII.
