I don't think that there are libraries to do actual HTTP requests, most of
this sort of thing has to be done through implementation of the Berkeley
Sockets API, Check out "Developing Palm OS 3.0 Applications : Part III
Memory and Communications Management" available in the documents of the
3.0SDK, the section on NetLib functions.
